Donation Refund Policy
We appreciate the generosity of your donation. Advancing our mission to protect wildlife and habitat is only made possible by the dedication and support of our donors. As a tax-deductible nonprofit organization, we consider donations to be nonrefundable. However, in limited circumstances, Defenders of Wildlife may refund donations to the donor.
If a refund request is made within ninety (90) days of the original donation, it will be evaluated on a case-to-case basis. Please contact us at memberservices@defenders.org. With the exception of donations made through PayPal, which will be refunded via check, approved refunds are returned using the original method of payment. For example, if you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.
