Restoring Wolverines to Colorado

Join Defenders on Wednesday, June 3 for a free community event about wolverine reintroduction in our state.

Wolverines were finally listed as threatened under the Endangered Species Act in 2023. After being eradicated across most of their range in the 20th century, this listing recognized that wolverines are in need of restoration, and Colorado is stepping up to do just that.
