Isabel joined Defenders of Wildlife as the Human Resources Data Administrator in March 2024. She is responsible for data entry, administering, and maintaining the HRIS database, along with supporting all functional areas of human resources.

Originally from Lima, Peru, Isabel has proudly graduated from the University of the Cayman Islands in Hospitality Management and from the University of Arizona Global Campus with a dual B.A. in Business Administration and Human Resources Management.
