Mission-driven, she has proudly served D.C.-area organizations including the U.S. House of Representatives, the National Education Association, Community Action Partnership and the American Institutes for Research. With a fast turnaround time and the ability to creatively navigate even the strictest brand guidelines, Alexa produces work that serves clear goals, elevates branding, and inspires audiences to act. A longtime lover of nature, Alexa is thrilled to help Defenders protect and preserve our planet’s precious wildlife.
Alexa holds a master's in public relations and corporate communications from Georgetown University, a master’s in art history from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a bachelor’s in art history and religion from Emory University. A classically trained artist, Alexa also holds a diploma from the Alabama School of Fine Arts. She lives in Washington, D.C. with her elderly rescue dog.
