Nic joined Defenders in 2024 as the HR and Operations Coordinator, where they provide support to both departments. They have 6 years of experience supporting Human Resources for international Non-Profit organizations. Nic holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Mary Washington.

When they’re not at work Nic enjoys finding outdoor spaces in DC such as the National Arboretum and Kenilworth Park and Aquatic Gardens, as well as venturing out of the city for camping trips with their family
