Nick Younger joined Defenders of Wildlife in November 2021 as a Social Media Associate. Passionate about wildlife and the environment, he uses social media to raise awareness, educate, and build community engagement.

He previously worked at the National Whistleblower Center as a Communications Associate, promoting their work and advocacy for whistleblower protections.

He holds a B.A. in Public Policy from Duke University. He is originally from the mountains of North Carolina in Boone, NC.
