U.S. Supreme Court Chooses Not to Hear Kenai Bear-baiting Case

The U.S. Supreme Court ultimately chose not to hear a challenge to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service’s (FWS) authority to manage wildlife on national wildlife refuge land.
