Endangered Species Policy Intern

Lee is the Endangered Species Policy Intern for Defenders’ Center for Conservation Innovation (CCI), where he works on issues at the intersection of science and policy. His research focuses on federal agency implementation of the US Endangered Species Act and the application of science in decisions concerning species protections. His background includes research and studies on conservation science, conservation policy, and environmental ethics. Lee holds an MS in Environmental Studies from the University of Colorado at Boulder and is currently pursuing an MS in Wildlife and Fisheries Biology from Clemson University.
